Q. Why are the chat rooms, Instant messenger, presence etc not displaying correctly in my browser.
A. Some of the features on this site require your browser to have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. Flash is a free browser plugin. Older versions of Flash may cause some parts of this site to not display properly. Get the latest version of Flash here.

Q. I changed my profile, and now it seems to be disabled?
A. In order to maintain the quality of our member base, and to make sure all our member's profiles are genuine, we personally check all new profiles, and any changes that are made to profiles. If all is ok your profile will be re-activated within 24 hrs.

Q. I uploaded a picture, video, or audio file to my profile, but it does not show up?
A. When you upload a new file to your profile, we review that file, before we allow it to be displayed to other members.

Q. I uploaded a picture for my profile, but it does not show up in my profile pic?
A. You may select any of the pictures you have uploaded to your profile to be the primary picture. To do this go to My Uploads - Photo, click on the small preview of the picture you want to make primary to load the full size. Under the full size image you will see two icons. The first (x) will delete that image. The second (*) will make that image the primary one which will always show for your profile. (The image will not show up in your profile until we have checkd it and approved it.
