We take the privacy and protection of our members very seriously. Any information you submit to this site will be held securely, and will never be sold, given away or shared with any other party unless it is information that you your self make public within your profile.

This site is a member lead community, therefore, you create your own public profile for others to see. As part of our privacy policy, and for your own protection our terms of use prohibit you from publishing any personal contact information within your public profile, such as email address, home address, telephone numbers and so on (we provide secure contact tools for our members to use). All such contact information that you submit to us during your registration of membership to this site will be held securely in our database, and will not be made visible to anyone other than the site owners/administrators. As is common with most member subscription sites, we may also record and store your IP number for security purposes.

As a member subscription site, in compliance with anti spam protocols, we record and store your email address after you have confirmed that it is your true email address by responding to an activation email. In compliance with generally accepted practices, protocols, and laws, we reserve the right to contact our members via email at any time. Some of our member services, and features provide notifications of particular events such as when you receive a new message via our member to member messaging system. These notifications are automated, and sent via email. These notifications are part of the service we provide, and are not optional. We also provide a news letter service to members who request it. This is optional, and you can can subscribe or unsubscribe to it any time you wish. We will never give, sell or share your email address with anyone else.

We only store your contact information for the duration of your membership. Cancellation of your membership is final and can not be undone after records have been deleted. We may however keep offline records of information relating to members past and present for archiving purposes only. Such records will never be given, sold or shared with anyone else, and will not be used for contact purposes.

If you abuse the site and services we provide, and/or abuse other members through the site, or in any way pose a threat to the site, services or members we will ban you from the site. In the event of you becoming banned, we reserve the right to terminate your access, but retain your information in our database indefinitely even if you request to cancel your membership/subscription, in order that we retain your information used to block your access. If you partake in criminal activity on this site, against this site or against another member through this site, we reserve the right to submit all records of your membership, activity, and personal details to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, or to our own legal representatives.
